- This action, original publicized on 3/16/04 is modified to read: This contract will include Three Options; Option 1 Floating Deckhouse Design and Construction, Option 2 Spare Parts and Option 3 Delivery to Government Facility. The Invitation for B id (IFB) will be issued on or about May 5, 2004 with a bid opening date of June 8, 2004. Contractors shall download the IFB (including drawings) from this Internet web page at the following address https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil. Hard copies will not be available. The official media of distribution for the IFB is the Internet Web Page. All amendments to this IFB will be posted to the Internet web page at the above address. Hard copies will not be furnished. It is the contractors responsibility to monit or the web page for any amendments. Interested contractors must register on the Internet Web page. If any of the contractors information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Int ernet Web Page. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause for delay in receiving notification of the IFB and Amendments. Contractors are responsible for printing copies of the IFB and any amendments. All other information publicized is co rrect.
