Description

The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Camp Roberts, California. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provi der, certified by the state of California, shall provide local commercial communications service for Camp Roberts, California, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to an ISDN PRI and directory number portability. All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC cod e 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees – NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Because no timely response was received, an amendment to solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 26 April 2 004.
