SOLICITATION HC1047-04-T-4024,SUPPLEMENT I Question 1: How many separate instances of installation will occur for the LMS? If it is to be installed in multiple locations where and how many? Answer: It should be web based, so there should not be any separate installations. The answer is covered under item b and k of the Statement of Requirements. It will be installed on one server and must be able to serve courses from a variety of sources. _______________________________________________________ The following requirement is included in the solicitation - Proof of Compatibility: Because of the unique operating environment of the White House Communications Agencies intranet (named BEAST), contractor shall be required to prove their LMS can function in the environment prior to formal acceptance. Question #2: What are the requirements / environment of the above mentioned intranet (BEAST) as related to its incorporation and use with the LMS ? Will the LMS be required to implement courseware from these other LMS systems? Answer: Yes The answer is covered under item j of the Statement of Requirement. We have courses that are developed that we can access and they will need to be tracked. _____________________________________________ item (o): LMS shall integrate with the White House Communication Agency's (WHCA) corporate database. The contractor shall be responsible to provide the integration scripts between the LMS and WHCA's corporate applications. Question #4: What is the format and platform of the WHCA corporate database ?
