Description: This course will take place on Tuesday, May 4, 2004, from 6:30-9:30p.m. The cost is $45. The course is designed to teach and help small businesses develop successful teaming and subcontract relationships with large businesses and other small lbusiness and individuals. We will examine the purpose of these agreements, examine the meaning of various provisions, contained in these agreements and discuss strategies for negotiations.
