Description

The following changes/clarifications to the original ?Description? portion of the sources sought synopsis are hereby made: The second to the last paragraph is hereby changed as follows: FROM: The A&AS contractor(s) must have, or be able to obtain, access to proprietary computer models owned by the Schafer Corporation. TO: The A&AS contractor(s) must have, or be able to obtain, access to proprietary computer code (ABLE and ISAAC) owned by the Schafer Corporation. The Statement of Capability (SOC) requirement to include a proposed organizational conflict of interest mitigation plan is not included in the 45 page SOC page limitation. Please note that the ?Contracting Office Address? is incorrectly listed on the sources sought synopsis.
