Description: This presolicitation notice is to inform those interested companies that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware intends to purchase 537 pairs of cold weather boots, 408 gortex desert jackets, 465 desert hats, 1330 desert shirts, 1664 desert trousers, and 1020 pairs of steel toe desert boots. All items have NSN numbers. Solicitation will be issued by the 30th day of April. This award will be set-aside for small business unless adequate competition is not met. If adequate competition is not met by small business, the solicitation will become full and open.
