Carlton, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-955-9310, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, E-mail: Floyd.Carlton@redstone.army.mil., NSN: 1620-01-299-1731; P/N: 406-052-001-116 ; PRON: AX4Q0102AX; NOUN: Skid Tube Assy, RH; Quantity: 160 Each Minimum/560 Each Maximum Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to OH-58D with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and Stock ton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 160 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II Clause is 160 each 350 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 160 each 280 DACA. Th is item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., CAGE Code: 97499, Skyline Industries, Inc., CAGE Code: 24434 and Chem-Fab Corporation, CAGE Code: 65088 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in orde r to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available fo r this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek sourc e approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for s olicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
