Description

This proposed procurement is for 1300 tons of 3/8" aggregate road chips for chip seal application, half to be delivered to Horseshoe Park (approximately 8 miles west of Estes Park), and half to be delivered to the Utility area (approximately 4 miles west of Estes Park). Road chips will be inspected by a Park representative and shall meet the quality requirements stated in the soliciation. The solicitation will be available on or about May 13, 2004, in paper hard copy and will be delivered via US Mail. Interested parties may request a soliciation package by phone at 970-586-1236 or by fax at 970-586-1257. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
