Description: This proposed procurement is for 45,000 gallons of HFMS-2P chip oil and 15,000 gallons of CSS-1H fog seal oil to be delivered to Estes Park, CO. Chip seal oil and fog seal oil shall meet the specifications stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about May 13, 2004, in paper hard copy and will be delivered via US Mail.
