Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-04-R-4405 for Phased Maintenance Availabilities (PMA) and support for Docking Phased Maintenance Availablities on LHA/LHD Class ships, homeported in Norfolk, Virginia. The PMA portion includes planning, availability execution and non-scheduled maintenance. The DPMA Support is an option to assist in execution of DPMAs conducted in the public sector. A cost-plus award fee (CPAF) contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be issued and posted electronically on or about 13 May 2004 at the following Web sites: http://www.eps.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil. The tentative due date for receipt of proposals is 12 July 2004.
