- Description
- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The proposed acquisition will be a Sole Source, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) type contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation Maritime Systems and Sensors. This is a follow-on requirement to contract N63394-01-D-1111 and will be for a total contract period of 5 years (60 months), with an estimated start date of 30 September 2004. The estimated level of effort for this requirement is 128,369 labor hours. The contract includes material and engineering and technical services required for production/rework, testing, evaluation, installation and life cycle support functions, including equipment changes, repair, and spare and repair parts for FCS MK 92 system; system design and integration, test and evaluation and data analysis; computer program development and maintenance; Mk 92 FCS production/rework, Integrated Logistic Support and maintenance engineering; system installation support, fleet on-site technical support, and system operation and maintenance training.
