Description

The United States Government presently occupies approximately 16,550 rentable square feet of office space in Ontario, CA. The Government is considering a new five-year lease at the current location. The Government is seeking competition through the possibily of alternative class A office space and will determine if the economics and other factors are supportive. The cost of possible relocation to alternative leased office space would involve consideration by the Government for associated move costs; replacement of furniture, telecommunications, tenant improvements; location; effects on the agency mission and other factors.
