Description

Department of Health and Humans Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Procurement and Grants Office, Located at, 2920 Brandywine Road, Room 3627, Atlanta, GA 30341- 4146. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a contract on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS to Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. The Contractor will provide Training & Technical Assistance on HHRP+ an effective Intervention for HIV positive injecting drug users. The authority for this procurement is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencies requirements. The period of performance is the date of award through June 10, 2009 or 60 months. The anticipated issue date for Solicitation No. 2004-N-01213 is on or around April 26, 2004.
