- Provide neurology services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501. This is a commercial item being solicitated under authority 38 USC 8153, to provide on-site neurology services for the period June 1, 2004 through May 31, 2005 with three option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. RFP will be available and posted to this websie by April 16, 2004. Proposal is due May 14, 2004 by close of business 4:30pm mountain time. NAICS for this procurement is 621111 with a size standard of $8.5 million.
