- The Government proposes to procure effort associated with the installation of updated operating software to incorporate ARC-220 and tactical tuning capabilities in the AH-64D Longbow, Lots 1 to 6. The Government intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encourag ed to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AV-AB. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered Notes(s) 22, 23, and 26.
