- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with King Nutronics for the upgrade and calibration of eleven (11) Pressure Calibrators model number 3666-10K, to new model number 3666-10K3 for the U.S. Navy. All units will be upgraded with a new King Nutronics REV J control valve and a new PROM (Rev 1.7). All units will be required to be calibrated to original manufacturer specification. King Nutronics is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these Pressure calibrators. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
