- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease approximately 15,490 rentable square feet of office space, yielding 12,240 – 13,470 usable square feet within the following boundaries in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago: NORTH: Touhy Avenue SOUTH: Irving Parking Avenue EAST: River Road WEST: Wolf Road Seeking first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous one floor. Parking for 7 Government vehicles is also required. Occupancy is desired by September, 2004. The lease term will be for 10 years. The General Services Administration does not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
