- NSN 5180-01-379-6409, Maintenance Kit, CBR Equipment. Approved source General Dynamics Arament Technical Products (03WJ4), part-number 5-15-13779 Rev A. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation contains a surge requirement. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 002. Requested delivery is 77 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 496 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 248 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 30, 2004.
