Description
Solicitation for NSN 1270-01-171-6205 / LTC03365017242. An unrestricted technical data package (TDP) is available. To obtain a copy, submit a TDP request to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=25, O=25 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=25, O=25 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=274, O=200 / Estimated annual quantity: B=174, O=100. The required delivery is 151 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. There is a First Article – Contractor Testing - requirement. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 8. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 3 each – 30 Days ARO / 3 each – 60 Days ARO / 2 each 90 Days ARO. Offerors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
