- SP0750-04-R-3049 Single NSN DSCC is soliciting for a Indefinite Quantity Corporate Contract for NSN 4330-01-458-9915, ELEMENT, COALESCER, 22 IN. The annual estimated dollar amount is $167,076.00 and the annual estimated quantity is 4284. FOB Destination, Inspection and acceptance Origin. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic year on or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
