- SP0750-04-R-3052 PACKAGE 10E 3 NSN’s DSCC is soliciting for a Indefinite Quantity Corporate Contract consisting of various Motor Vehicle Repair Parts. The annual estimated dollar amount for the entire population is $53,852.04. Offerors who are interested in submitting an offer on this requirement and have questions, should contact Phyllis E. Moore (614)692-3716 prior to the closing date. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Note(s):one (1) and twenty-six (26). The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 28 April 2004 at http://dibbs.dsccc.dla.mil/rfp. For NSN’s requiring drawings, Drawings are posted for these NSN’s with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L08 – Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available for the remainder NSN’s. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic year on or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items will be shipped conus. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to subject Request For Proposal issuance date is as follows: 28 April 2004 FOR LONG TERM CONTRACTS, WITH MULTIPLE NSNS, THAT REQUIRE DRAWINGS.
