Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency,Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Skydive Force Inc., 6300 N. Airport Rd. (Sou th Hangar) P.O. Box 247, Coolidge, AZ 85228. This contract will be for support of military personnel free-fall training beginning April 20, 2004. Skydive Force Inc. will provide an all inclusive training package to include the the use of a Shorts SC-7 Sk yvan, mobile mini trailers, office space and other facilities, portable toilets, catering, utilization of hangars, airfields, landing areas, drop zones and they will coordinate all airspace issues. Skydive Force, Inc is the only company that can support th e required training within close proximity to USAYPG and that has the availability and the aircraft to meet the needs of a High Altitude High Opening training package in accordance with Department of Defense specifications and requirements. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT I S NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide all these services, then you must respond by 13 April 2004, 3:00 PM MST.
