The US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command, in support of Program Manager - Clothing and Individual Equipment, has developed a draft performance specification for the Advanced Combat Helmet. Parties interested in providing comments o n the draft specification should contact Scott Bennet at scott.bennet@natick.army.mil to request a copy of the specification and related documentation. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. This document is in support of the pre-solicitation announcement entitled Advanced Combat Helmet being released the week of 12 Apr 04. No payment will be made for comments.
