- The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Governmentwide Policy, Office of Acquisition Policy is issuing the following combined synopsis/solicitation, in accordance with FAR Part 12, for proposals in order to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed-price type contract. This procurement is a small business set-aside and award will be made to only one company.
