The contractor is responsible for providing administrative support services according to the general description of the personnel shown in Line Item services 14 above, on a Delivery/Task order basis, for the programs, activities and functions of the United States Department of State. 18.The place of contract performance is the National Foreign Affairs Training Center and other Department of State buildings in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. 19.This contract is an 8(a) contract.
