- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation shall be awarded on sole source basis to IMPEX, INC. Although this acquisition is not a small business set-aside, the NAICS code for this solicitation is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: 0010 one CIC97043-402 I/O Control Board ISA; 0020 one CIC97043-402 I/O Control Board ISA; 0030 One CPS98037-201 Power Supply Loader; 0040 one CAU97038 Center Loading Amplifier Unit; 0050 one CLU 97001-301 S-Motor; 0060 one CAU97028 Control Load Amplifier Unit; and 0070 one CLU97027-308 H-Motor. These items will be shipped to NAS Kingsville with delivery NLT 30 September 2004. Delivery shall be FOB Origin. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 ALTERNATE I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev), 52.232-33, 252.204-7001, and 252.204-7004. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (12) through (16) and (22). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clause of DFARS 252.212-7001 applies: 252.225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See CBD numbered note 22 (45 days is changed to read 15 days). The quote is due at 2:00 EST on 27 April 2004 and may be submitted by FAX to 407-380-4164 (Attn: John Weston), emailed to john.weston@navair.navy.mil or mailed to the address above.
