Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Item, prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information in this notice. This is a sole source for DRT-SenSytech Inmarsat Software package. All potential sources may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation that will be issued, a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with Commercial procedures as outlined in FAR 12 and in conjunction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All potential offerors myst be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) and DFARS 240.7302. The closing Date is: 22 April 2004, Time: 0800, Pacific Time. One (1) each of DRT-SenSytech software license. This is an optional module for the DRT 1,000 series receivers which allows the collection of INMARSAT signals. It uses the same user friendly Alaska GUI. The standards addressed are: A; B; M; Mini-M and Mini-M M4. One (1) each of Antenna Kit for A, B, M, Mini-M and M4. This kit includes two four panel high gain antennas, two LNA modules, antenna stands, cabling and carrying cases.
