- NSN: 2840-00-021-7661, P/N 505104, Revision ?B?, dated 29 August 1975, PR No: LTC04097019942. Total annual quantity (AEQ) is 52 each. Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. Origin inspection required. Critical application item. First Article Testing Applies. This is an Export Control Item. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. There are 4 approved sources of supply: Electro-Methods Inc. (Cage 33617), KHS Corporation (Cage 34550), Jet Industries (Cage 59593) and Ambel Precision Manufacturer Company (Cage 54850). Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis, under full and open competition procedures after exclusion of sources. The Government's required delivery schedule is 364 DARO for Stock with First Article Testing. All subsequent delivery orders will be delivered at 184 DARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
