- NSN 1680013273193, LTC04100020093, Reel Assembly, Inertia Lock. Manufacture in accordance with Pacific Scientific Co, Cage 45402, P/N 0106975-04. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 731 each for the base year and 756 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 118 days ARO, Origin. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Cage 45402. Note 22 applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
