You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, FAX number 256-876-9066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PR ON: AX4C0406AX, NSN: 1650-01-303-78797, P/N: 145H6600-20, Quantity: 50 each with two 100% Options applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) at a ra te of 10 per month. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 280 DACA at a rate of 10 per month. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code: 77272; Transaero, Inc., Cage Code 27541 and HTD Aerospace, Inc. (DEL), Cage Code 33068, b ecause this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capabililty, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisit ion of the part from the approved source. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item descr ibed above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procudures for Aviation Require ments. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMYS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
