Description

ERDC-CERL requires research services for the continuation of SERDP Project 1257 - The Evolving Urban Community and Military Installations: A Dynamic Spatial Decision Support System for Sustainable Military Communities for a Base Period ending May 200 5 and one Option Period. The proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract with the University of Illinois. Request for Proposal (RFP) W9132T-04-R-0024 will be issued on or abou t May 17, 2004 with a closing date of June 17, 2004. The solicitation is only available in electronic format from the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) website: http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/.
