Description

Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract to BAE Systems for non recurring engineering (NRE), integrated logistics support management, sustaining engineering, contractor maintenance support services, and other related aircraft integration support and equipment. This procurement also will include two options for the procurement of a total of twenty (20) Low Band Transmitters (LBT) for low rate initial production (LRIP IA(10 units) and LRIP IB (10 units)). The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with BAE Systems of Lansdale, PA, the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the LBT.
