- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Laboratorio De Energetica E Detonica . The procurement consist of testing under the University of Coimbra Portugal to develop and demonstrate multi-channel instrumentation and conduct testing of explosive material. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 541380. The FSC code is R407. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.nswcindianhead.com/contracts or www.fedbizops.gov. No paper copies will be issued.
