Description

Dockside repairs NOAA Ship Albatross IV to be performed at 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA. Performance period to commence on or about June 14, 2004, and shall be completed on or before July 2, 2004 (19 calendar days). Basic contract items include Switchboard and Generator cleaning, Galley Exhaust Duct Cleaning, Potable Water Filter Installation, Distribution Panel Installation and Trawl Block Overhaul. NOAA Ship Albatross IV will be available for inspection on May 21, 2004 at 1000 at the Northeast Marine Support facility, 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA. Appointments and arrangements for the inspection may be made by contacting the COTR at (508) 495-2347. Characteristics of NOAA Ship Albatross IV: Length Overall - 187 ft., Beam (Molded) - 33 ft., Propulsion - Single screw, CPP, CAT D379 diesels, Electrical System - 2 CAT SSDG's 215 KW 440VAC, 3 Phase, Crew Size - 23. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will only be available via this website. All interested small businesses shall download the solicitation after May 10, 2003.
