Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutions): 50 EACH, HP Compaq Business Notebook NX9008 ?????? Part Num ber #DH941U#ABA, C 2.6 GHz, RAM 128 MB, HD 20GB, CD, MDM, LAN EN. FAST EN, 14.1?????? TFT, ENGLISH; 1 EACH, Terraine Navigator Pro, Arizona, Software; 1 EACH, Terraine Navigator Pro, Nevada, Software. FOB Destination (Ft Huachcua, Arizona). Net 30 with Cr edit Card Option for Payment. Offers are due no later than 1300 hours, Tuesday, 4 May 2004 and shall be submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on Best Value for the Governme nt in the following criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Delivery Schedule and price.
