Description

The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), Stennis Space Center, Mississippi has a requirement for 1-1/8 inch 8-strand plaited nylon rope. The rope shall be made in accordance with NDBC Procedure 1154 Rev B dated 06/13/2001. The quantity is 24,000 ft. Delivery shall be 90 days ARO, FOB Destination. All documentation and certifications shall be delivered to and approved by NDBC five days prior to shipment of rope. The solicitation package will be available on or about May 7, 2004. Requests for the solicitation package must be made by fax, e-mail or mail. No phone requests will be accepted. Rope must be made in the United States by a small business. See Note 1.
