This procurement will be awarded to the lowest price that meets all the criteria in the statement of work. If you would like to request a copy of solicitation number W74V8H-04-T-0057 send email to rogersn@hqda.army.mil, or access DCC-W Homepage at ht tp://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil Serena Rogers Contract Specialist 703/602-3737 Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is requesting meeting room space for the Work Groups and training 17 through 19 June, 2004. The requirement are as follows: The AFTB Training Cours e must be in the preferred locations. Alexandria, Arlington and Springfield, VA area, in that it will be easily to get support from CFSC Heasquarter located in Alexandria, Va All meeting room space must adequately hold the required number of persons withou t any adverse restriction on conference attendees, or interference in the training process. All meeting room space must be in the same building, preferably the same floor to facilitate a timely distribution of numerous training materials and staff coordina tion and provide storage space to receive and hold approximately 20 boxes of training materials a week prior to the begining of the conference at no cost. The closing time is at 1200 pm, 7 May 2004.
