Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center (ARC) intends to award on a sole-source basis to Pioneer Network, Inc, 1406 New York Road, #202, Lutherville, MD 21093, for installation of a minimum of 244 workstations manufactured by C Core Inc. The Government requires installation of this furniture be performed by a certified installer of C Core furniture. Pioneer Network is the authorized installer for West Virginia. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, May 10, 2004. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is a certified installer of C Core furniture. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Pioneer Network.
