Description

1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and supplies necessary to clean approximately 6000 square feet of clinical building space, of which approximately three-quarters of the area is tile and one-quarter is carpet, with a small concrete deck at the VA Outpatient Clinic, Orangeburg, South Carolina as outlined herein. Supplies to include: cleaning supplies, wax, mops, brooms, dust pans, trash can liners, paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap.
