Description

Provide Speech Pathology Services to include evaluation of referred patients from this station and NHCU-with variety of diagnoses that impair ability to communicate,CVA,psychological dysfunctions,MS,laryngectomy.Also included but not limited to evaluate patients ability to utilize variety of communication aids as alternative to vocalization.Recomend procurement of devices and provide guidance to staff. This contract will have a base of one year and two option years. Interested contractors may request a solicitation by mail or fax on company's letterhead referencing the solicitation number.
