Description

Help Desk Support for e-Travel System The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract (other than full and open competition) for Help Desk Support for up to one (1) year to Zegato Solutions, Inc. under FAR 6.302-1. Any contractors who can provide a like or better service must respond in writing and should be received in this office within fifteen (15) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. These services will be undertaken by Zegato for continuing support of VA?s e-travel system, which contains proprietary source code and information. Written responses must include GSA contract number if applicable, pricing data, and technical information that would demonstrate a vendors? bonafide ability to meet the specific requirements. If no responses are received to the effect that this service is available from an alternate source, a contract will be awarded to Zegato Solutions, Inc. If there are any questions, you may call the following Contracting Officer: Priscilla Lee at (202) 273-8762. Please reference RFI 101- 25-04 on any submission. (See Note 22)
