Description: NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform primary care nursing services at the at U. S. Army Medical Department Activity-Japan (USAMEDDAC-Japan) in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), and with commercial and local standards.
