Description

This solicitation will result in a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. The primary objective of this contract is to provide engineering, design and/or construction services for the maintenance, repair, and rehabil itation of Fort Sill facilities. Typical work requirements are as follows: Engineering and Design covering all of the basic disciplines and Construction covering common construction tasks covering all 16 divisions of the Construction Specification Instit ute (CSI). Contract period shall be for one year (Base Year) with four, one-year options to extend. Work required by the contract shall be issued as individual task orders. Task orders shall be awarded competitively. Contractor selection for this contr act shall be based on the following Major Factors (listed in descending order of importance): Past Performance, Sub-Contracting Support Capability, Professional Support Staff, Management Ability, Quality Control Plan, and Cost. The estimated issue date i s June 15, 2004. Contractors may view, print, and download the solicitation at http://sill-www.army.mil/doc/. So that the Government may have a complete list of Contractors that are interested in bidding this project, Contractors must register at http:/ /sill-www.army.mil/doc/. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. CCR web address is http://www.ccr.gov. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
