Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: Heavy-duty rotary mower, 180 inch cutting path, 1-15 inch cutting height, hydraulic wing lift, CAT 5 drive lines, heavy-duty cutting blades, Rhino FL15 Magnum or equal. Item is required within 60 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to Hardwood Range, N16226 11th Avenue, Necedah, WI 54646. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) in reference to RFQ W912J2-04-T-3003. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Cent ral Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333111, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. The provision at FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this solicitation.
