Description
Under the provision of FAR 6.302-1, ??????Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency Requirements?????? this is a notice of our intent to place a sole source order with Hartman Historical Services, Omaha, NE to provide replacement photo display to the Kansas Army National Guard Battle Command Training Center, Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. This photo display requires the work be performed by a contractor with previous experience in doing military themed historical disp lays and exhibits. The project must be supervised by a qualified military historian with at least a MA or PhD degree in history and with demonstrable expertise in the history of the militia and National Guard. Hartman Historical Services holds proprietar y information on the existing display and no specifications are available. Hartman Historical will replace all the existing images/text panels and the division insignias on the division exhibits. The PVC title panels with vinyl lettering will remain uncha nged. The current display boards will have all images removed and the display boards cleaned and the new images mounted. Hartman Historical will guarantee the exhibit against pealing for the life of the exhibit. Hartman Historical will perform the work w ithin 60-90 days of award of a contract. All eligible sources who feel they can perform the required work must provide a written proposal of the work they will perform with documented evidence of their recent successful experience in a project of this typ e. The contractor must submit unit pricing for the work they propose and evidence of a military historian that works for their company with a MA or PhD degree in history with demonstrable expertise in the history of the militia and National Guard.
