- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Request for Quotation W15P7T-04-Q-H017. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of the FAR in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01 -20. This will be a 100% small business set-aside for NAICS Code 334111; Number of Employees 1000. Items for the acquisition are as follows: 78 each CPQ Dual Slot PC Card Expansion Pack, Item 528412, CPQ-FA116A#AC3; 6 each HP IPAQ H5150 Pocket PC 13 U nit BND, Item 555445, CPQ-FA106A#BD1. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Shipment is FOB Destination. Delivery will be 30 days after receipt of order delivered to USA Field Artillery School, Property Book Office, Bldg 2192 (Attn: Shirley Rabb), UIC: W90W8C, Ft. Sill, OK 73503-5600. Packaging will be Commercial. Bar Coding is not required. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES applicable to this acquisition are: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Term s and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
