- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been amended to change the closing dat e to May 14, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by the Little Rock District Corps of Engin eers, PO Box 867, Little Rock, AR 72203-0867. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541720 and the size standard is $6.0 million. This solicitation is being set aside for small business. Quotations are due on May 14, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. Bids are to be mailed to the Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, 700 West Capitol Ave, Room 6412, Little Rock, AR 72201 or fax ed to Juanita Granger @ 501-324-5196. Your offer will be submitted in a lump sum amount but a cost breakdown will be submitted upon invoicing after completion of preformed tasks. Proposals are being sought to create an accurate, clear, illustrated, and p ublicly appealing history of Task Force RIO (Restore Iraqi Oil). The intent is to foster a better historic understanding of the role of Southwestern Division and its effectiveness in executing a nationally critical mission.
