Description: U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing about 17,000 rentable square feet of office and related space. The Rentable space must yield a minimum of 12,463 ANSI/BOMA Office Area to a maximum of 13,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space is to be located within the following delineated area within the Bronx: Beginning at Laconia Ave and 222nd Street: NORTH: 222nd Street to Eastchester Road; EAST: Eastchester Road to Givan Ave to Wilson Ave to Burke Ave; SOUTH: Burke Ave to Laconia Ave; WEST: Laconia Ave to 222nd Street to the place of beginning. The proposed term of the lease is ten years cancelable by the Government any time after the 5th year.
