Description

The Library of Congress intends to purchase 38,000 each of Film Cans, Metal with LOC seal, 35mm, 1000'. A pre-production sample is required for examination and testing (3 each) to Library of Congress, Receiving Unit, 1701 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD, 20785, Reference R04-01466, Attn: Ms. Beatriz Haspo. Deliveries would be make in 10,000 each 2 months and last delivery to be 8,000 cans. Specification for stainless steel cans for long-term storage of Motion Picture Film can be located on the Library of Congress web site at http://www.loc.gov/preserv/supply/specs/800-851.htm). All interested parties may identify their capability to respond to the requirements by providing a test sample within 15 days of this notice.
