Description: The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), DISA Information Technology Contracting Organization located at 5111 Leesburg Pike, Suite 900A, Falls Church, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Verizon Federal Network Systems LLC, 1300 North 17th Street, Suite 1200, Arlington, VA 22209 for an Unclassified but Sensitive Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) Internet protocol Traffic Navigator (ITN) development/traffic data analysis support. This award is expected to be made under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) ? only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. The Statement of Work requires collecting, processing, archiving, and analyzing NIPRNET and SIPRNET NetFlow traffic data, and maintaining/enhancing the functionality of the ITN capabilities, to meet evolving and growing requirements. This acquisition is a continuation of services for NIPRNET and SIPRNET under two previous contracts. The period of performance is expected to be for twelve (12) months with an option to renew for an additional twelve (12) months for an estimated $1,500,000.00. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. Prospective contractors must have the ability to continue to develop NIPRNET and SIPRNET versions of an efficient set of processes that correlate and integrate voluminous traffic statistics with other network data. The results are expected to be summarized and presented via a user-friendly interface, and query for information about the overall network. The Contract Security Classification Standard is at the SECRET level.
